• Dark Weißbier (bottled)

    Brown opaque, high carbonation, very nice head that stands up out of the class. Aroma has a hint of cloves, a hint of brown malt. Nice smoky clove flavor and finish. Very high carbonation.

• Kristalklar Weißbier (bottled)

    Bright golden, high carbonation, thick head. Good clove nose, hint of banana. Very high carbonation. Good wheat and clove flavors and reasonably clean finish.

• Pikantus Dunkelweizenbock (bottled)

    Half a glass of foam on top of a brown fizzy beer. Clove and caramel aroma. Fairly thick. Good mix of wheat, clove, alcoholic, caramel, hop flavors. Carbonation is way too high.

    Golden, high carbonation, enormous head. Slightly smoky, some clove aroma. Good body, some malt flavor, but not much else.

    Yellow, nearly opaque, huge head. Hint of banana aroma. Big banana flavor, sweet, long banana finish.

    Yellow opaque, high carbonation and head. Wheat aroma, not phenolic. Good body and malty flavor, fairly high carbonation. Hint of bananas late in finish.
