• Calumet Amber
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
  • 14 points - Beer #33-2787, at the brewery, May 15, 1998
    Darkish golden, low carbonation, thick head. Sweet, diacetyl aroma. Malty, grainy, bitter, diacetyl.

• Calumet Bock
  Style 12 - Bock
  • 8 points - Beer #35-3199, at the brewery, February 25, 1999
    Dark brown, thick head. Strong diacetyl odor. Medium-big body, strong diacetyl flavor.

• Calumet Dark
  Style 9 - Porter

    Red-amber, thick head. Diacetyl aroma. Medium body, drying, diacetyl.

• Calumet Kölsch

    Golden, moderate carbonation and head. Diacetyl aroma. Medium body, malty, bitterish, diacetyl.

    Golden, moderate carbonation and head. Spicy hop aroma, some diacetyl. Spicy, bitter, malty.

• Calumet Wheat
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale

    Amber, almost opaque, nice head. Diacetyl aroma. Quite a bit of diacetyl flavor, good wheat flavor behind that, not estery/phenolic at all.
