Belgian Wit
Style 2 - Belgian / French Ale

Yellow opaque, thick head. Spicy, peppery aroma. Light body, sweet wheat flavor, nicely spiced with coriander.

Golden-brown, moderate carbonation and head. Very clean aroma. Very light, malty, very clean.

Very red, clear, still, low head. Gingerbread aroma. Big body, caramel, spicy, sweet. Big sweet finish. 17.6° Plato, 7% abv.
