• Belgian Wit
  Style 2 - Belgian / French Ale
  • 16 points - Beer #35-3301, 1999 Blues & Brews Festival, Oshkosh WI, July 17, 1999
    Yellow opaque, thick head. Spicy, peppery aroma. Light body, sweet wheat flavor, nicely spiced with coriander.

• Downtown Lites Honey Ale
  Style 23 - Specialty Beer
  • 15 points - Beer #35-3106, at the brewery, October 30, 1998
    Golden-brown, moderate carbonation and head. Very clean aroma. Very light, malty, very clean.

• Duggie Meyer Wee Heavy
  Style 8 - Scottish Ale
  • 16 points - Beer #35-3191, at the brewery, February 6, 1999
    Very red, clear, still, low head. Gingerbread aroma. Big body, caramel, spicy, sweet. Big sweet finish. 17.6° Plato, 7% abv.

• Louie's Demise
  Style 8 - Scottish Ale
  • 15.5 points - Beer #35-3108, at the brewery, October 30, 1998
    Red, hazy, thick head. Smells pretty clean. Medium body, clean malt flavor, mild grapefruity hops.

• Pull Chain Pail Ale
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale

    Brownish, low carbonation, good head. Peppery aroma. Light body, fruity, spicy hops...like black pepper. (Jim Olen notes: "Right on with the comment about black pepper in the Pull Chain Pail Ale...lots of E.K.Golding in late and dry hopping.")

    Amber, very low carbonation and head. Bready aroma. Light body, huge malty rye flavor all the way through.

• Session Ale
  Style 4 - Mild / Brown Ale
  • 14.5 points - Beer #35-3105, at the brewery, October 30, 1998
    Red-brown, low carbonation, massive head. Very clean aroma, hint of roast. Very light, sweet-malty-ish.

• Sheepshead Stout
  Style 11 - Stout
  • 16 points - Beer #35-3109, at the brewery, October 30, 1998
    Black, dense head. Slightly roasty aroma. Medium body, big sweetish roasty flavor, fairly sweet finish.
