Black Forest Schwarzbier
Style 13 - German Dark Lager

Black, no head. Earthy, roasty aroma. Light body, mild roasty/chocolate flavor.

Black Raspberry
Style 21 - Fruit / Vegetable Beer

Dark brown, OK head. Clean aroma. Brown ale flavors with some raspberries. Doesn't work.

City Creek Pale Ale

Pale yellow, low carbonation, clear. Nice Pacific Northwest hop aroma, could be more assertive. Good body, malty with hoppy finish.

Copper color, good head and carbonation. Some Cascades in aroma. Caramel, Chinook bittering. Good bitter finish.

Pale, good carbonation. Pretty clean aroma. European Pilsner character with a charge of wheat.
