• Amarossa (bottled)
  Style 23 - Specialty Beer

    Reddish, good head. Amaretto aroma. Even the amaretto can't hide the corn flavor. Ten points...barely.

• Amber (bottled)
  Style 16 - American Lager
  • 10.5 points - Beer #29-2325, Hoffbrau Steaks Brewery, Dallas TX, October 12, 1997
    Brown, moderate carbonation, low head. Smells of DMS, sweet. Sweet flavor, lots of corn, diacetyl. Very sticky all the way through.

• Honey Bock (bottled)
  Style 12 - Bock
  • 12 points - Beer #28-2289, Albertson's, Flower Mound TX, October 11, 1997
    Amber, moderate carbonation, good head. Caramel, diacetyl scents. Good body, some DMS, some honey flavor.
