My Opinion Of The Beers That I've Tried:
14.0 points overall
Style 21 - Fruit / Vegetable Beer
Beer #31-2546, at the brewery, August 15, 1992
It's a Porter. Can't taste the fruit.
Style 9 - Porter
Beer #31-2548, at the brewery, August 15, 1992
Good smooth dark ale. Doesn't taste very strong, though.
Style 7 - English Bitter
- 15 points - Beer #8-564, Great American Beer Festival XIII, Denver CO, October 22, 1994
Beer #31-2547, at the brewery, August 15, 1992
Not bitter enough to be called an ESB, but not bad.
Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
Beer #31-2545, at the brewery, August 15, 1992
Good microbrewery pale. Good pizza beer.
Nut Brown Ale
Style 4 - Mild / Brown Ale
Beer #31-2549, at the brewery, August 15, 1992
"High in flavor but low in alcohol" - ain't that the truth.
Style 18 - German-style Ale
- 13 points - Beer #4-234, 1993 Oregon Brewers Festival, Portland OR, July 31, 1993
Dark yellow. Looks like a Kölsch. Very fruity aroma. Not much malt. Lots of European hop flavor. Malt still pretty faint.
