• Blackened Voodoo Lager (bottled)
  Style 16 - American Lager
  • 14.5 points - Beer #17-1352, Kamuela Liquor Store, Kamuela HI, April 8, 1996
    Dark red clear, good carbonation, good brown head. Sweet and dark aroma. Dark dark caramel flavors with no roastiness at all. Finishes reasonably clean.

• Crimson Voodoo Ale (bottled)
  Style 4 - Mild / Brown Ale
  • 12.5 points - Beer #19-1487, Kamuela Liquor Store, Kamuela HI, May 22, 1996
    This is a Red Beer. Good carbonation, OK head. Caramel malt aroma, slightly spicy hops. OK body, but very subdued flavors. Sweet, phenolic. Not awful, but not enjoyable.

• Dixie Beer (bottled)
  Style 16 - American Lager

    Golden, good carbonation and head. Malty aroma, a bit fruity. OK body, a little thin. Sweet. Slightly metallic finish.

• Jazz Amber Light (bottled)
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
  • 11.5 points - Beer #17-1356, Kamuela Liquor Store, Kamuela HI, April 11, 1996
    Amber clear, high carbonation, OK head. Diacetyl aroma, some caramel. Diacetyl flavor. Some hop flavor in middle, then diacetyl in finish.

• White Moose
  Style 23 - Specialty Beer
  • 15 points - Beer #20-1636, Great American Beer Festival XV, Denver CO, September 26, 1996
    "White chocolate ale." Bright yellow, clear. Smells like cream soda. Tastes like cream soda, sweet. Good dessert beer.
