Dark Satin
Style 9 - Porter

Deep red, low carbonation, dense head. Hint of raisin aroma. Sweet, pretty sticky. Fair bit of hop flavor in the middle, but no balance.

Dark brown-red, moderate head. Some chocolate aroma. Medium body, lots of sweet roasty chocolate. Very sweet finish.

Adulterated with the obligatory lemon slice. Dark golden, clear, low carbonation, thick head. Perfumey clove aroma. Medium body, sweet, lots of banana. Pretty creamy.
