Golden, high carbonation, moderate head. Malty aroma, some diacetyl. Medium body, sulfury, sweet.
Hex Nut Brown (bottled)
Style 4 - Mild / Brown Ale

Deep red, thick head. Smells grainy. Medium body, sweet, dark, worty.
Honker's Ale (bottled)

Amber, moderate carbonation and head. Berry fruitiness in the nose. Medium body, lots of caramel, lots of fruitiness, fairly bitter and drying. A little cheesy.
Style 5 - English-style Pale Ale

Golden-amber, very low carbonation, thick head. Sweet, grapefruit aroma. Medium body, great big citrusy hop flavor. Reminds me a lot of Anchor Liberty.

Bright golden, nice head. Malty, slightly spicy aroma, with some diacetyl. Medium body, fruity, hint of bitterness. Malty finish.
