• Sheffield's Pale Ale
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
  • 17 points - Beer #32-2682, Sheffield's, Chicago IL, April 6, 1998
    Amber opaque, thick head. Grapefruity Cascade aroma. Medium body, lots of grapefruit, lots of malt. Drying at the end.

• Sheffield's Stout
  Style 11 - Stout
  • 16.5 points - Beer #32-2684, Sheffield's, Chicago IL, April 6, 1998
    Black, low head. Some licorice aroma, some chocolate. Blast of sweet licorice, chocolate, and burnt toast. It's Rasputin Lite...with some Brettanomyces buried in there somewhere. Brewed at Golden Prairie by Sheffield's manager.
