• Honey Wheat
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
  • 13.5 points - Beer #21-1697, at the brewery, September 27, 1996
    Golden-amber, good carbonation and head. No aroma. Big carbonation bite, bitter.

• Honey Wheat Unfiltered
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
  • 14.5 points - Beer #21-1696, at the brewery, September 27, 1996
    Yellow opaque, OK head. Not much aroma. Really clean beer. Wet, slightly sweet, finishes clean. Made with Canadian "honey" malt. Served with lemon, but I fished it out before it polluted the beer.

• Nut Brown Ale
  Style 4 - Mild / Brown Ale
  • 15.5 points - Beer #21-1699, at the brewery, September 27, 1996
    Brown, clear, OK carbonation, good head. Pretty clean aroma. Thick, sweet, with a nice bitter touch around the sides. Tasty Brown finish.

• Oatmeal Stout
  Style 11 - Stout
  • 17.5 points - Beer #21-1700, at the brewery, September 27, 1996
    Dark red-brown, big brown head. Smoky-sweet aroma. Roasty-sweet, thick. Long roasty finish.

• Pale Ale
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
  • 15 points - Beer #21-1695, at the brewery, September 27, 1996
    Golden-amber, low carbonation and head. Pretty clean aroma. Good body, caramel malt flavor. Hop flavor takes over for a nice bitter finish.

• Pilsner
  Style 15 - Classic Pilsener
  • 14 points - Beer #21-1694, at the brewery, September 27, 1996
    Pale, low carbonation, OK head. Sweet, faint aroma. Very light body and flavor. Hint of bitterness at the end.

• Redwing
  Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
  • 15 points - Beer #21-1698, at the brewery, September 27, 1996
    Red-brown, good carbonation, big head. Spicy hop aroma. Spicy hop flavor and finish.

• Stout (beer engine)
  Style 11 - Stout
  • 14.5 points - Beer #21-1701, at the brewery, September 27, 1996
    Very dark brown, good brown head. Aroma...none? Very thick, bitter. VERY chocolatey. Long bitter finish.
