Extract house, which is obvious in their beers, which range from 7% to 9% alcohol by volume. (Note: this is not the Lake Tahoe Brewing Company.)

Alpine Amber
Style 4 - Mild / Brown Ale
- 12.5 points - Beer #14-1050, at the brewery, June 19, 1995
Dark amber, low carbonation, good head. Some caramel in nose. Sweet burnt caramel flavor, sticky finish.

Bad Ass Ale
Style 6 - American-style Pale Ale
- 12.5 points - Beer #14-1051, at the brewery, June 19, 1995
Amber, low carbonation and head. Caramel aroma, grassy hops. Very sweet, even more than Amber (14-1050). Brown sugar. 9% alcohol.

Indian Pale Ale
Style 5 - English-style Pale Ale

Golden-amber, low carbonation, good head. Pretty clean aroma. Herbal flavors, good body.

Pale, low carbonation, clear. Pretty clean aroma, hint of hops. Malty, reasonable balance.
