Style 19 - German-style Wheat Beer
- 16.5 points - Beer #36-3559, Falling Rock, Denver CO, October 4, 2000
Pale golden, high carbonation, good head. Citrusy aroma, faintly skunky. Light body, massively fizzy, pleasantly sour. This bottle tastes just a little old, although it's dated "06/2003".
- 15.5 points - Beer #31-2597, Siebel Institute, Chicago IL, April 1, 1998
Pale, high carbonation, thick head. Sour, yeasty, apple aroma. Tastes like cider. Medium body, very sour, very high carbonation. Apple taste, fairly sweet.
