• Alt Munich Dark (bottled)
  Style 18 - German-style Ale
  • 16 points - Beer #35-3201, 1st Wines and Spirits, Allouez WI, March 14, 1999
    Deep red-brown, moderate carbonation, big head. Malty grainy sweet aroma. Medium body, big malt flavor, toasty, hint of roast.

• Hackerbräu Edelhell (bottled)
  Style 14 - German Light Lager
  • 17.5 points - Beer #17-1367, Kamuela Liquor Store, Kamuela HI, April 14, 1996
    Golden, fizzy, big head. Malty nose, with a wonderful noble hop note. Big malty tasty beer. Real smooth...sweetish but pretty clean.

• Oktoberfest
  Style 17 - Vienna / Märzen / Oktoberfest
  • 16 points - Beer #33-2860, Damon's, Green Bay WI, June 8, 1998
    Golden brown, low carbonation and head. Toasted malt aroma. Medium body, malty sweet, fairly high carbonation, some alcohol in the malty finish.

• Original Oktoberfest (bottled)
  Style 17 - Vienna / Märzen / Oktoberfest
  • 16 points - Beer #35-3230, 1st Wines and Spirits, Allouez WI, April 4, 1999
    Amber-brown, very high carbonation, thick head. Malty aroma, a little roasty, nice hop aroma. Medium body, very nice malt flavor, touch of bitterness in the middle.

• Weisse (bottled)
  Style 19 - German-style Wheat Beer
  • 18.5 points - Beer #33-2864, 1st Wines and Spirits, Allouez WI, June 11, 1998
    Yellow opaque, thick head. Smoky banana aroma. Thick, sweet, bananas, cloves.

• Weisse Dark (bottled)
  Style 19 - German-style Wheat Beer
  • 16 points - Beer #17-1368, Kamuela Liquor Store, Kamuela HI, April 14, 1996
    Brown, translucent, huge head. Dark aroma, bananas. Banana flavor, some dark malt hints. Carbonation is just right, as is the body.
