• Paddywack IPA (bottled)
  Style 5 - English-style Pale Ale
  • 12 points - Beer #33-2772, Siebel Institute, Chicago IL, May 12, 1998
    Amber, moderate carbonation and head. Big butterscotch aroma blast. Lots and lots of diacetyl, sweet. Almost certainly would taste better locally. Some hops trying valiantly to break through. Thanks to Jan Osborne for the bottle!
