  Style 2 - Belgian / French Ale
  • 18 points - Beer #33-2711, Siebel Institute, Chicago IL, April 9, 1998
    Yellow, very high carbonation and head. Smells a little yeasty, some clove. Huge fresh green hop flavor, like chewing on a Saaz cone. Light body, dry finish. Alcohol burns late.
