Style 2 - Belgian / French Ale

Red-brown, high carbonation, huge head. Fruity, herbal, sweet aroma. Fizzy, richly malty, very estery. Lots of caramel and a hint of roastiness. Very clean finish.

Golden, very high carbonation, thick head. Citrusy aroma. Very fizzy, nice wheat flavor, mildly fruity-spicy. Nice clean finish.
