New Realm Brewing Co. started in Atlanta in 2016, co-founded by Carey Falcone, Bob Powers and Mitch Steele, who spent a decade as brewmaster at Stone Brewing before that. The flagship brewery and restaurant opened on the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail in late 2017, and New Realm has since expanded to Virginia Beach, Charleston, Greenville, Auburn and Suffolk.
Below is the current core lineup: 6 beers, 4 of them hazy or West Coast IPAs, plus one true lager and one imperial IPA at the top end. Each one lists the brewery’s own stated stats plus my read on how it drinks, and whether you can get it delivered through Saucey right now.

Hazy Like a Fox (Top Pick, on Saucey)

| Brewery | New Realm Brewing Co. (Atlanta, GA) |
| Style | Hazy IPA (New England / Hazy) |
| ABV | 6.5% |
| IBU | 45 |
| Hops | Azacca, El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra |
| Color | Hazy light gold |
| My rating | 3.81 / 5 |
| Availability | Draft, 12oz 6-pack cans, and limited 16oz singles across GA, NC, SC, AL, TN and VA |
Hazy Like a Fox is New Realm’s flagship and by far its most popular beer, and I’d put it at 3.81 out of 5. It’s brewed with a base of barley malt, wheat and oats, then double dry hopped with Azacca, El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra, a combination built to push pineapple, lemon and fresh-squeezed orange character to the front.
That’s exactly what comes through. It pours a hazy light gold with a soft, pillowy body from the oats and wheat, and the hop bill reads as juicy rather than sharp, more orchard fruit than pine resin. At 6.5% ABV it’s an easy beer to go back to on tap, which lines up with how often New Realm’s own regulars order it by name rather than by style. It’s a fair benchmark for the New England IPA style if you haven’t tried one from a Southeastern brewery before.
Psychedelic Rabbit

| Brewery | New Realm Brewing Co. (Atlanta, GA) |
| Style | Tropical IPA (American IPA) |
| ABV | 6.5% |
| IBU | 60 |
| Hops | Cashmere, Azacca, Citra, Mosaic |
| Color | Deep golden with a light haze |
| My rating | 3.69 / 5 |
| Availability | Draft and 12oz 6-pack cans across GA, NC, SC, AL, TN and VA |
New Realm markets Psychedelic Rabbit as the bridge between hazy and West Coast IPA, and the spec sheet backs that up: same 6.5% ABV as Hazy Like a Fox, but a noticeably higher 60 IBU and only a light haze instead of a fully opaque pour.
Cashmere and Mosaic bring a softer, slightly herbal edge next to the usual Azacca and Citra tropical fruit, and the extra bitterness keeps it from reading as sweet the way a fully hazy beer can. I’d describe it as mild and easy-drinking rather than aggressively hoppy, which tracks with a 3.69 average across close to 9,500 ratings, solid but a notch below the flagship.

Kickflipper

| Brewery | New Realm Brewing Co. (Atlanta, GA) |
| Style | West Coast IPA (American IPA) |
| ABV | 7.0% |
| IBU | 65 |
| Hops | Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Simcoe |
| Color | Golden, bright and clean |
| My rating | 3.73 / 5 |
| Availability | Draft and 12oz 6-pack cans across GA, NC, SC, AL, TN and VA |
Kickflipper is New Realm’s answer to the West Coast-style revival happening across craft beer right now, built clear and dry with Centennial, Cascade, Citra and Simcoe instead of the haze-forward hop bills the rest of this lineup leans on.
At 65 IBU it’s the most bitter beer New Realm makes in this core range, and opinions split roughly the way you’d expect for the style, some drinkers calling it too bitter for their taste, others specifically praising the bite as the point. A 3.73 average across almost 5,000 ratings puts it right in the middle of the lineup, a fair result for a style built to divide hazy-IPA drinkers from West Coast loyalists.

Tiki Like a Fox

| Brewery | New Realm Brewing Co. (Atlanta, GA) |
| Style | Tropical Hazy IPA (New England / Hazy) |
| ABV | 6.5% |
| IBU | 40 |
| Hops | Azacca, El Dorado |
| Color | Hazy |
| My rating | 3.64 / 5 |
| Availability | Draft and 12oz 6-pack cans across GA, NC, SC, AL, TN and VA |
Tiki Like a Fox takes the Hazy Like a Fox base and pares the hop bill down to just Azacca and El Dorado, aiming for a lighter, mai tai-leaning spin on the original rather than a totally new beer. IBU drops to 40, the lowest of the four hazy-leaning IPAs in this lineup.
It reads exactly like that on the label and in the glass, sweeter and more tropical, less of the citrus zip that defines the flagship. At 3.64 across nearly 3,800 ratings it’s the lowest-rated beer in the core range, though that’s a relative knock in a lineup where the flagship is pushing 3.8, it’s still a perfectly drinkable warm-weather IPA if the mai tai framing appeals to you more than the original.

New Realm Amber Lager

| Brewery | New Realm Brewing Co. (Atlanta, GA) |
| Style | American Amber / Red Lager |
| ABV | 4.4% |
| IBU | Not published |
| Hops | Not published |
| Color | Amber / copper |
| My rating | 3.75 / 5 |
| Availability | Draft and 12oz 6-pack cans across GA, NC, SC, AL, TN and VA |
New Realm’s Amber Lager is the odd one out in this lineup, an actual lager in a range built almost entirely around hazy and West Coast IPAs. It’s built on well-rounded malts with a touch of toast, copper in color, and finishes crisp rather than sweet despite a gentle caramel note up front.
It’s also the newest and least-reviewed beer here, still a newer release next to tens of thousands of ratings for the flagship IPA, so treat the 3.75 average as an early read rather than a settled score. If you want something session-strength and malt-forward to hand a lager drinker at a New Realm tasting room, this is the one on the list built for exactly that.

Imperial Like a Fox (Strongest in the lineup)

| Brewery | New Realm Brewing Co. (Atlanta, GA) |
| Style | Imperial / Double New England Hazy IPA |
| ABV | 9.5% |
| IBU | Not published |
| Hops | Cascade |
| Color | Deep gold |
| My rating | 3.74 / 5 |
| Availability | Draft, 19.2oz singles, and 12oz 6-pack cans across GA, NC, SC, AL, TN and VA |
Imperial Like a Fox scales the Hazy Like a Fox concept up to 9.5% ABV, still hazy and soft in body but built to be a bigger, more intense version rather than a different beer entirely. Cascade is the only hop New Realm lists for it, which is unusual for a hazy IPA this strong, most double IPAs lean on 3 or 4 varieties.
Opinions are the most mixed of any beer in this lineup: several drinkers say it hides its 9.5% well behind pineapple and citrus fruit punch character, while others found the alcohol more obvious and the hop profile a little flatter than expected for a big IPA. A 3.74 average across over 600 ratings suggests it lands well for most people but isn’t quite as consistent can to can as the flagship. Worth noting if you’re new to it: at 9.5% this is a sipper, not a beer to treat like the 6.5% cans in this lineup.

Which New Realm beer should you start with?
If you want the beer New Realm is actually known for, start with Hazy Like a Fox, it’s the most-rated beer in the lineup by a wide margin and the only one currently on Saucey. If you already know you prefer bitterness over haze, Kickflipper is the better test of what the brewery can do outside the New England style. Save Imperial Like a Fox for when you want something stronger, and treat it like the 9.5% beer it is.
