BrewDog Launches Liquid Visions, a Four-Beer Series Built for the Supermarket Shelf

BrewDog has a new lineup on UK supermarket shelves, and this one is not trying to be the loudest can in the fridge on flavor alone. Liquid Visions is a four-beer premium craft series that leans just as hard on can art as it does on hops, with a different international illustrator behind each design. The first two beers hit Tesco this week, with the full range expanding into major UK grocery retailers through October.

What’s in the Liquid Visions Lineup

Four beers, four illustrators, four fairly different styles. Here’s what’s actually in the can:

  • Dive Bar (6.0% ABV), a Sunshine IPA with peach, honeydew melon and creamy coconut, built as the easy entry point into the range. Can art by Aberdeen illustrator Chris Whyte. RRP £4.25.
  • Krush Test Dummy (8.0% ABV), a Double Hazy IPA loaded with tropical fruit and a silky, juicy body built around Krush hops. Art by Barcelona-based illustrator Jordi Ros. RRP £4.75.
  • Pacific Parallax (6.3% ABV), a DDH New Zealand Pale Ale, arriving late September exclusively at Sainsbury’s.
  • Strange Bines (7.0% ABV), a Saturated IPA landing in October, with grapefruit up front and a resinous, herbal finish. Art by Simon Prades.

Why BrewDog Is Betting on Design This Time

Every 440ml can is brewed with 26g of hops per litre, which puts the hop rate ahead of most standard supermarket IPAs, but the pitch here is really about the aisle, not the brew kettle. BrewDog says the point of the artist-led artwork is to make Liquid Visions “stop shoppers in the aisle” against a wall of familiar packaging, treating the can itself as the hook rather than a limited-run flavor gimmick.

“Liquid Visions is an important retail launch that builds on BrewDog’s recent success at the World Beer Awards and brings together award-winning craft, distinctive design and strong grocery execution to create a compelling new platform for consumers and retail partners.”, Rajnish Ohri, President, International, Tilray Brands

The timing lines up with a strong run for BrewDog at the 2026 World Beer Awards, where Hazy Jane, Wingman and Mackie’s Two Scoops picked up Gold and Scotland Country Winner honors, alongside recognition for Punk IPA, Lost Lager, Black Heart and the Mello fruit sour range. BrewDog has been majority-owned by cannabis and beverage group Tilray Brands since 2024, and Liquid Visions is being framed internally as proof the brand can still drive genuine retail innovation rather than just cost-cutting under new ownership.

Where and When to Get It

Dive Bar and Krush Test Dummy are the first pair, landing in Tesco this week. A second wave lands from 21 September and expands into major UK grocery retailers, with Pacific Parallax exclusive to Sainsbury’s and Strange Bines following in October. There is no confirmed US or wider international rollout yet, this is a UK grocery launch for now.

BrewDog is also expanding on the sponsorship side: see our coverage of BrewDog becoming Leicester Tigers’ Official Beer Partner for 2026-27.
