- 1 Wyeast 1187 Ringwood Ale
- Heat 10 liters (17½ pints) of water to a temperature of 65°C (149°F).
- Add the following ingredients to the heated water:
- 7.11 lb (3.5 kg) Pale malt
- 10½ oz (300 g) Dark crystal malt
- 4 oz (110 g) Chocolate malt
- 3½ oz (100 g) Torrified wheat
- 2 oz (55 g) Black malt
- Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
